A misprint, the plate was processed in reverse resulting in the mirroring image being printed.

The silly artist only noticed that after the third impression. Hence the three “oops prints” are being offered at silly price to cover for the studio’s other mishaps (on this occasion the money raised will go towards re-stretching my biggest broken silk screen).
